Lots of over time. Good 401K Matching

Cons

They give time off based on seniority. You'll never get PTO approved. Worked like a dog and if you do a bad job they will move you into a corner and have you do "busy" work like clean everyone's desk. Overtime is mandatory.

Uline is proud to be a growing company, but it sure does get busy sometimes. Especially when we’re trying to fulfill orders by 6 p.m. One of the things we truly appreciate is when our employees double down and work together until they get the job done, and it’s an expectation that we certainly try to set with employees at all levels. Archaic work environment, very little diversity or women in high level positions. No work from home policy, you have to clock in and out and you are rated based on the number of hours you work.
