      it was ok but no separation between life and job

      Pros

      good people to work with for the most part everyone really nice. really good bonus at the end of the year . good pay

      Cons

      most of the employees are very unhappy with schedule and lack of information given to employees when it comes down to overtime . very strict over silly things like how your hair is done. all they care about is production and a lot of favoritism towards employees if your aren't friends with supervisors outside of work then you will be at the bottom when it comes to days off and things like that

      Pros

      Well regarded company, good pay. Managers I worked for were great. It's obvious that employees are treated well.

      Cons

      I personally wasn't a huge fan of the dress code. "The Uline Way" is very prevalent

      Good compensation Great Benefits Good People Corporate Headquarters is nice - Cafeteria, walking path, Fitness Center Clean and Tidy place to work

      Cons

      No real career paths. Employees are hired with the expectation of working in the same role forever. Have to punch a time clock whether your hourly or salaried.
