Pros

No pros at all I would honestly rather die than work there again.

Cons

Terrible management, this job gave me depression, anxiety and panic attacks. Managers do not care if they and others bully people in the team. Unrealistic deadlines, long hours, no appreciation.

Pros

Have good documentation/guidelines and structured roles and responsibilities in place.

Cons

Toxic team environment, back-stabbing, long hours... most of the team I was in were having mental breakdowns. A lot of assistant brand managers across the company that were worthy of being promoted but there were no managerial roles for multiple years and managers not interested in developing them. Company pivoted away from UN sustainability goals and diversity. I was present in discussions involving their destruction of the rainforest for palm oil - they could avoid using plastic for packaging, they just choose not to. A lot of women in particular working in junior and managerial roles, but very few promoted to director level and above.
