Pros

Excellent systems in place . One of the most positive environments in which to grow and learn. Anyone who is lucky enough to be employed by Unilever should be grateful for the exposure they will receive to systems, markets, purchasing strategies etc on a day to day basis, which will allow growth and opportunity to those who wish to grow.

Cons

Fairly long hours, but this would be the case in any position in any company in which you wish to grow. What you put in is what you will get out.

Pros

Location, updated office, company store

Cons

Unilever will chew you up and spit you out. They do not care at all how much dedication you have given to the company, If you identify an issue and present it with evidence to HR they will sweep it under a rug quickly, not help you and let the issue, turn it on you, take all your documentation, do nothing about it, and then lay you off and walk you out regardless of your dedication and performance.. No one cares about how valuable your skills are here, its all social and not performance related. If you like that, apply today!!!
