Need to keep talented employees engaged

Pros

flexible working hours, ability to work from home, good staff benefits.

Cons

No clear processes, too political, promotion according to whether you are in inner circle, lack of engagement from senior leaders to talented regular employees who are able to deliver, over emphasis on management trainees who may be a liability to the company more than an asset since they have not proven their capabilities to the job but spend 3 years of their time learning different roles and get promoted after that. No diversity at all in a number of departments.

Pros

Great pay. A lot of OT. AT times can be laid back. Fellow co workers are great as people.

Cons

Management doesn't care about the people who does all the work. In fact they take advantage of the hard workers; the there are. Fellow co workers are lazy as workers. Which puts a burden on the people willing to work. Not a team working environment. Closing down soon.
