Pros

Great name to put on resume.

Cons

Unilever has had so many reorgs that’s it’s kind of alarming. That never have a clear plan or direction they would like to go in as a business and this in turn leaves employees confused on what their role is going to look like in the next few months. They also never listen to R&D or consumers and only want to do what they see in the premium market.

Pros

Nice office Bright globally recognized brands.

Cons

It is all about office politics. Each assignment is a ticking bomb. You never know when it’s gonna explode. Field personnel and salespeople are doing all the work. Constant sales pressure without logic. It is a good opportunity to learn how not to manage sales. Be prepared for mobbing at the office. They talk about diversity and inclusion because it looks good on posters and social media. Reality is so much different. You have to laugh at your managers’ unfunny jokes. It was the worst experience of my career.
