Pros

Good benefits Good leaders for the most part Not the best pay, but im not working extremely hard either

Cons

No one is getting additional qualifications or really growing much As a grad, the team doesn't pay for you, so your development can be stifled by your LM giving you silly tasks No structure on the programme. you are supposed to trust your career sponsors but everyone is so subjective Did not learn or get the opportunity to learn any coding, get any additional qualifications etc Very limited support in getting a managerial role - there are suddenly all these expectations on you in your final year Very limited scope for international movement (even if for personal reasons)
