Brand Name, Learning best practices in industry

Cons

Extremely bureaucratic, Top to bottom driven, Sarkaari Culture, Mostly opportunities are provided to people who joined under flagship program, Huge bias, Bad treatment of people who were moved from GSK during merger especially managerial level folks (they were utilised for the merger and then asked to leave)

Pros

Good salary and benefits package Good opportunity to learn

Cons

Horrible workplace ethics, keeping toxic bosses in senior positions where HR does not take your claims seriously or deals with it in a sensitive, safe manner. Long processes, you will never see your work done or if you do you’ll have lost half your soul trying. Despite what they sell they are not a people first company and they do not have the correct training in place for managers
