      Below a director level, Unilever does not fairly compensate you.

      Flexible working hours Downtown office

      Unilever takes advantage of employee's situations, they string you along in roles without providing any sort of support or clarity as it relates to compensation, growth opportunities, and HR-related issues. They severely underpay individual employees vs. competitive standards, or even within their own organization. When asked why, the answer you get is because of "policy" and there's nothing they can do to retro-fit your equitable compensation levels. For entry-level employees, I do not recommend Unilever at all.

      Pros

      increasing EPF aligned with service year. UFLPs have huge visibility and chances for promotion

      Cons

      Benefit is average other than EPF. salary is not competitive compared to most fmcg. full of long timers who are afraid to take risks or deviate from usual ways of working. finding information is like finding needle in haystacks when you'll be redirected to 5+ person who didn't want to claim responsibility

      Can be warm in the winter in doors ,other than that The are none anymore, place has been destroyed by management

      Staff good nature taken advantage of, runs short on staff constantly, staff expected to do 2 people jobs, no thanks ever giving mangers don't listen, health and safety is shocking and the is basically no quality, staff are numbers not people in there and as long as product goes out the door they don't care about anything
