1. HIGHLY POLITICAL 2. Treats employees like robots and does not value staff 3. Work-life balance is a scam 4. High pressure and demanding environment 5. Lack of training for subordinates but expectations are over the moon 6. Understaffed and overworked (comparing to other FMCG worked previously) 7. Claims to be flat but actually very hierarchical 8. Too many lengthy meetings on a daily basis 9. Tension between departments and bad-mouthing other staff is a norm 10. No reflection of good working culture
