      Pros

      - health benefits - products at reduced prices

      Cons

      -crazy people to work with -there are marketing directors that come to work once a week -backstabbing culture -budget cut to almost nothing and line managers hoard budget for themselves so junior staff get almost nothing and then their marketing partners grind them -marketing people think they are "GODS" and your duty is to serve them

      Great company, great people and the right strategy in place

      Pros

      Great flexibility through agile working. Fast paced, interesting and challenging work. You'll make friends for life. The people (for the most part) are great. Fantastic company to work for.

      Cons

      It can be very political, passive-aggressive and hard to get work implemented at pace. Some middle management (VP level) just aren't effective. I think there is a case to remove quite a lot at this level (too many layers) as the Directors and Senior Managers do most of the work and are well able to handle senior stakeholders. That said, there are some at VP level who are brilliant.
