      No plans for growth of employees

      Pros

      Flexible working arrangement is only advantage that keeps me going for now.

      Cons

      The top management is short sighted and has no proper long term plans for the growth of employees. People are recruited spontaneously for immediate needs only. Once certain projects are completed, management will get rid of those employees. They will restructure the departments and recruit new employees. And the cycle will repeat again. The management is incapable of making right decisions.

      Pros

      Good Pay Master Good policies for employees

      Cons

      1. Frequent organisation change causing lots of ambiguity , lack in directions and instability in the organisation and work. 2. Unstructured intranet applications and extremely bureaucratic processes. 3. Very Management graduate oriented company (mentoring, career path, coaching). No growth path for lateral hires/skilled professionals. 4. Poor work life balance.

      caliberation includes multiple managers reviewing your personality and not performance - based on a bell curve. Underpaid staff, and overworked
