      Pros

      A family friendly company with great training and a collaborative / supportive culture. Plenty of career progression opportunity and ability to stay up to the minute in a skill area

      Cons

      Quite bureaucratic and slow moving which can be frustrating along with a committee attitude to decision making. Not an exciting or fast moving environment

      Pros

      Flexible/Agile Working, On site gym, staff discounts, enhanced maternity/paternity pay, Amazing brands/products, focus on diversity and gender balance improvements ongoing, great culture and facilities. Great training opportunities.

      Cons

      Depending on department there are not always promotional moves available, however sideways moves are supported. As with many companies your experience of the company may differ depending on the area and the management.
