Pros

Still some people who believe in what Unilever can be

Cons

focus on fixing blame and not fixing challenge Lack of accountability on part of senior leadership Everything can change at the whims of a senior manager at the company - their word is law... ask or challenge at your own peril Tendency to reward 'Politicians' while punishing 'workers'

Pros

Quite broad scope of work in Marketing; gives a well-rounded business management experience. Access to large global network and numerous business resources such as market research, learning resources, etc.

Cons

Very conservative company culture. Slow in decision making and innovation. Compensation & Benefits are adequate, but often lower than alternatives.
