Pros

Competitive salary, good working hours, excellent corporate culture, friendly people in all departments, access to large amounts of resources and data,

Cons

I didn't feel the company fell short in many ways. Maybe the advancement opportunities were lacking but overall and excellent company to work for.

Pros

Excellent training ground. The training budget of the company is never sacrificed. If you're the type to take initiative, this is the place for you. Employees are in charge of their own development. The compensation and benefits are competitive.

Cons

Being employed in a company with over 1800 employees in the country alone requires a need to stand out. You have to be assertive to get what you want from the company whether it be a bigger budget or more training and coaching. You have to jump in running as the pulse in Unilever is dynamic and quite fast.
