      Pros

      This is multi national company and its values are excellent. This is FMGC company and take care of community. I feel me and my family is very secure here.

      Cons

      Due to nature of my job and company policy there is no promotion for me, this thing sometimes really disappointed me and my family. As my childrens are growing up and they see the other peoples of company that they promote very quickly they raise a lot of question on it very frequently,

      global well known brands sold in most countries in the world - but people have little awarness of company name - but do recognize the brands

      performance culture has created an environment that prizes speed and number of projects/initatives over quality

      great place to learn with tons of people willing to support, great place to build a network for a long term career;

      Cons

      salary not in line with market; left for 40% raise in same job; most of unilevers best talents ends up leaving to go to Conagra, Campbells or Kraft for financial reasons
