Pros

An open minded environment, lot of flexibility, low hierarchy, junior roles involved in meetings with management and engaged to the job.

Cons

at the time there was a major restructure, lot of confusion and lack of support, not clear goals, sometimes big load of work. but I guess because it was a period of transition I was a temp and the pay was very low, under markets standards

Cons

There can be some red tape in promoting high performing employees. The compensation is not at par with similar companies

Pros

I find the company to be a casual and flexible place to work. Life-work balance is encouraged, casual attire is great, management is easy to approach. Projects and work are interesting and if you as an individual want to pursue them.

Cons

Frustrating things are the organizational changes that are always in motion as these lead to changes in direction for the company. You really need to promote yourself to move to the next level.
