Pros

Very flexible with working from home, awesome work/life balance. A lot of great people to work with.

Cons

Politics is everywhere but this is the worst I've seen it. Your career is fully dependent on having the right Manager or your ability to play the game. Those that do get promoted are often excellent at managing up but don't have the respect from their peers or people at lower levels.

Pros

Smart young people, like shiny pennies in the sun; Great facilities and benefits, goal oriented long term project targets, some of the nicest people I have ever worked with. Relative stability as a true giant of commerce. Few, if any, fist pounders

Cons

Exists as a communist state stifling most creativity. There were meetings to the 3rd power of pi focused on triviality. As with most communist regimes, party members; sorry, employees, worry about the limited chance to move up the food chain but find it better to just be quiet. Zero risk takers with zero personalities. Lunch should not be the highlight of your work day.
