      Pros

      Fair benifts package and decent pay.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts, constant employee turnover in key areas. Poor departmental management choices. Disconnect between the management and employees.

      Pros

      I've met some great people in my time at Unilever. The company store is great.

      Cons

      Leadership operates in fear. Lack of multicultural diversity and diversity in thought due to the terrible recruiting process and lack of commitment to diversify the workforce from leaders. Poor work/life balance Benefits cut Talk the talk but dont walk the walk in terms of values. Leaders are protected and not held accountable for any wrong doing. Disconnect between global and local markets. Very high turnover. Very hard to get promoted.
