Pros

Great place to work, lots of opportunities to network and to upskill. There are some great managers and programmes to work on. Each team set up is slightly different, so will vary depending on the business group that you work in.

Cons

Salary is very middle of the range and it can be tough to get promoted or find new career pathways.
