Pros

A Company with great international exposure and growth potential. Fast-paced, dynamic, and development-focused environment. Strong learning opportunities in a global, collaborative setting.

Cons

Like any growing organization, things evolve quickly, which can sometimes require flexibility and adaptability. In a fast-paced environment, priorities can shift quickly, which may require ongoing adjustment. However, this also creates a sense of momentum and opportunity for those who enjoy working in a changing environment. There is an opportunity to further enhance and develop the overall benefits offering to better align with market expectations and employee needs.

Pros

Really strong and friendly team. A lot of interesting tasks and projects.

Cons

You're living under a ticking time bomb that could explode at any moment. We're all afraid of being fired at any moment for no reason. That's just the founder's mindset.

Pros

Unlimit is global fintech company that’s growing fast and investing a lot in technology. The company is currently building a large IT Hub in Serbia, which creates good opportunities to be part of something big that’s still evolving. You get real experience working in an international environment — collaborating with people from different countries and often switching between different languages. Strong team with experienced professionals, so it’s easy to learn from others and exchange knowledge. There’s a decent level of ownership: you can take initiative, lead things end-to-end, and actually see results. If you’re proactive, you can influence how things are done and improve processes. The office in Belgrade is modern and comfortable, with great panoramic views. Сompetitive salary and the good pack of benefits: private health insurance, FitPass, corporate lunches, and a budget for learning and development.

Cons

Since the company operates across multiple time zones, communication can sometimes be a bit tricky, especially when working with teams in other regions.
