      Pros

      Nice office. Reasonable benefits. If you are in Clearwater area it’s close.

      Cons

      Employee turnover is constant. No growth. Management is constantly changing and with every change new policies that impact the company growth and employee moral.

      No expectation to work more than 40 hours; Relaxed work environment; Most co-workers are pleasant and understanding; Good cross-department communication; Nice, new office with comfortable chairs; Great HR staff

      Cons

      Exceedingly difficult to get a promotion; Meager annual raises despite "Excellent" performance reviews; Company matches 401(k) at 1/4 employee contribution up to 6% (meaning if the employee contributes 6% of pay, company matches 1.25%); 4.5-foot cube walls (would prefer 6 to block more sound); Not trusted to work from home on a regular basis (but it is acceptable once in a while)
