      Constant Layoffs - hard to move to another position due to size of company hard to compete with so many internal employees

      Has long-term jobs available, I've worked with some great people

      Cons

      Gave me only 3 weeks to move cross country or lose my job, no financial aid, promised it would be an even exchange financiay but i lost $11,430 a year!
