Pros
Salary..that's all I can say...no job security, no respect, no integrity in business....it's a nightmare....the masses are getting restless.....look at the number of people out on stress leave and medicated....it's an epidemic
Cons
There is no caring for employees/you are required to work 24/7 via Blackberry's, laptops, etc./ When facing serious illness you will be terminated regardless of you exemplary performance/nothing is ever completed well enough, nor is the amount of hours (I put in at least 14 hours everyday and never caught up)/HIGH STRESS environment/goals stated by upper management are not what they really expect/without being said, many management employees are expected to sacrifice their integrity to do what is expected/CONSTANTLY threatened with termination.
