Coworkers are great to work with.

Cons

Almost everything else other than the coworkers is a con of Verizon. The pay is not good and then culture does not make you feel welcome to share new ideas.

easy to be trapped in a position with management favoring certain employees. Hard work gets thanked but not appreciated by supervisors/managment.
