Pros

Great name recognition Good people trying to work well within mix messages by management

Cons

They have this long list of values "The Credo" they map performance but are so big and margin driven they are amazingly inefficient. Always making false promises and changing priorities, Layoff of hard working people is standard, while the mediocre duck challenges or common sense. The company pays no tax and gets huge government contracts then lays people off enmass
