Lousy management. constant reorgs result in mgrs who don’t know the job so they resort the BFF / Inner circle style of mgmt to get their job done. Very cut throat in some depts. Some folks will try to throw you under the bus at every opportunity. Also, constant lay offs. No room to advance...and if you do you advance may be laid off. Last in, first out in most departments
