Pros
Can hardly think of any. Good pay as Verizon is generous on the shift allowances and overtime. No other pros comes to mind.
Cons
Very negative environment purely down to bad and amateurish management. The 100% time tracking is driving everyone mad. You have to log all your time in remedy. It feels like being back in primary school again. No training or staff development plans. People are not being promoted fairly. People are calling out sick frequently. You never know if you will be called in on your day off.
