Generally stable, good benefits packages, decent pay. Many talented co-workers so there are good opportunities to learn new skills and knowledge

Cons

Work environment is terrible; to save money, management is cramming more and more people into the same office space, making the environment stressful and counter-productive. Despite obvious detrimental impact on employees, management is continuing the process because, seemingly, they really don't care about the employees Culture is deteriorating quickly; lots of politics and back-stabbing. It wasn't like this before but under the current CEO, things have gone downhill significantly

the location is close to my home

this company has no PROs , the insurance is below average, the management is unprofessional and poor to say the least and the training is non existence but they are very judgmental and petty about everything else.

Very good benefits with a company that is a leader in the industry. Strives to remain a leader despite industry changes.

Cons

Profits have become more important than anything. The company preaches work/life balance for front line employees but middle management isn't considered in this equation at all.
