Pros

Good pay and benefits. They pay double time after working 50 hours. Plenty of vacation time and personal time, if you can ever actually use it.

Cons

If you are in a professional or leadership position, it is hell. They work you to death and tell you that it is not enough. I was a very good, dedicated employee. I practically gave them my life. Things have continued to get worse. I worked with a team of top-performing employees, and we put in a minimum of 60 hours per week. The demands were unreasonable and leadership could not recognize it because they did not have any field experience. We all felt like we were constantly in trouble because we did not give enough. The life that it sucks out of you is not worth the pay and benefits. Please don't drink the kool-aid.

Pros

Cellco (Verizon Wireless) gave great benefits, which started as soon employment started, and pay raises, which were given based on performance reviews. Salaries may have started low but with hard work came better pay. Also with hard work and good performance reviews came good annual bonus.

Cons

At Cellco (Verizon Wireless) you were treated well by your direct manager but above them, district managers, you were not treated well. Above your direct supervisor, management treated you as a number, either your employee number or your salary. When they let people go they let them go as a number with a salary not a name with performance reviews.
