Pros

Great benefits but working in a call center is tough. Strict guidelines, no time to explore other areas of company due the the fact you are attached to your headset.

Cons

How many times can I type Micromanagement? 1 min of being "signed out" of your headset you will have your supervisor, resource management, and directors looking for you.

Pros

If you want telco its a big player and its always changing

Cons

No real synergy within the company employee base. Verizon hemorages money daily and just keeps applying bandaids to big wounds. No communications between tier managment.

Pros

Benefits. Full time reps have free AMAZING benefits. And PAY! Our wages are fantastic, especially in a rural area like ours.

Cons

Expectations- It is a hardcore sales job and sometimes it seems as if integrity is not as important as sales numbers. plus, expectations are constantly being added.. (not changed. I can deal with change, but mngmt just keeps adding more and more. Plus it is a very structured day. Must be ready to take calls at all times, very little time offline for breaks/can't be late, etc.
