Pros

Salary, some benefits, some of the people you meet.

Cons

Very stressful! I found the work environment to be physically, mentally, & emotionally stressful. The company suits only cared about their own advancement and that often comes at the cost of the lower level management & employees. Middle Management was made up of people who either sought their own glory or who were incompetent or who were promoted for reasons other than their abilities.

Pros

great benefits including healthcare coverage, dental and vision along with tuition reimbursement, discounted phones, cell services and more telecommunications products.

Cons

Once you hire in you're often pigeonholed within a position or department. Even after you earn further degrees and education - the company is more willing to hire in from the outside than internally.

Pros

The pay is good, and the benefits are good

Cons

Expectations to constantly be working begin to drain on you after a very short while. This company leaves very little time for a personal life or children. If you have children, this is not a company for you. There are expectations 7 days a week, and you are expected to be involved in the day to day business 7 days a week. It gets old very quickly.
