Pros

I don't know of any company that pays as well as Verizon Wireless for Customer Service. If you have technical knowledge or bi-lingual then pay goes up by 10-15%. Tuition Assistance is $8k a year for full-time.

Cons

The hours and days off are an issue as busiest times are nights and weekends. You need minimum 1-2 years at Verizon Wireless to start having weekends off.
