Pros

Good structure, benefits, compensations, working environment. Good performance will be rewarded accordingly. Very good benefits, bonus, and compensations package. Company provides good training so you could do your job better.

Cons

Being on the phone for almost 2 hours straight w/o a break during peak busy hours was a con for me. Their schedule is quite strict. You have to sit at your desk the whole 2 hours, you don't get to walk around to stretch your legs until your break.

Positive leadership team, good benefits, good team enviroment

Cons

Can be difficult to move up to management levels if you are unable to move. Still there are multiple opportunities to move amongst departments to gain experience.
