Pros

Benefits are good and thats how they get you in.

Cons

They don't pay well compared to other companies. They play favoritism regardless of how much work you're doing and contributing. Just ask Jeff Haltom.

Pros

This is a forward-thinking company that has a genuine knack for staying relevant as the market shifts. There are a ton of opportunities if you are resourceful and proactive about networking. The benefits package is a major highlight, specifically the tuition assistance and free internal training. If you’re a lifelong learner, you’ll thrive here.

Cons

While the company is great at looking forward, it sometimes forgets to look at its foundation. Pay for frontline employees isn't quite competitive with the workload. Additionally, the frequent "talent reductions" create a sense of instability for tenured employees. It can feel a bit chaotic when high-performing veterans are let go without much warning.
