Pros

Great company. Nice benefits, and PTO accrued. Excellent training staff. Easy access to your peers or leadership team for assistance. On site gym and cafeteria. Large training rooms, large break rooms.

Cons

Large warehouse environment. Not a call center feel. Employee events were minimum effort and money. Something "catered" would come right from the on site cafeteria. Sr. leadership team at this call center was nothing to write home about. Huge drop in quality and production throughout my 9 years with the company. Focus on the employees dropped when Mr. Strigl left.

Pros

Good benefits, alright pay but could be better

Cons

Quotas for our store have gone up extremely high, and no one is really making it. Do they care? It doesn't seem so. We are expected to hit the same numbers as a store with less people, they won't let us get more reps to help, and upper management has NO idea how it is in our store. We are in a retirement community where we get tons of tech support. If we try to hurry with them or get to selling stuff, some of the people get mad, so they won't buy anyway. And since we are now short by 2-3 people who they won't let us replace, we have to be quick so that we don't have a long queue, or we get in trouble. So they expect us to hit these outrageous numbers or get in trouble, but if we spend time with the customers "discovering", as they like to tell you to do, then the wait time is too long and we get in trouble. It's out of control.

Pros

Great benefits. You get a generous tuition reimbursement. The health benefits are better than 9/10 companies out there. You get a great the opportunity to be surrounded by technology.

Cons

They have a new flavor of the week every week. The work life balance is terrible (it's retail). The industry is so saturated that you feel like you work for geek squad because there's enormous amount of troubleshooting that walk through the doors. It's exhausting to deal with. They need to hire some sort of techs at the store level. Way too many meetings! We were having 3 early Friday morning meetings a month. If you had the day off your still required to come in. If you're single with no family it's a great job, but if you're married and have a family you may want to weigh your options.
