They have a great technology outlook.

Cons

Conducting layoffs across VCG, VBG, GN&T, etc... I was part of the Veterans ERG and for a company supposedly supportive of veterans, they just laid them off. I am talking many ERG members were impacted. In my specific market, they have new local leadership that does not understand what the Credo statement of "open communication" means. The Director manipulates situations which create chaotic changes.

Cons

They hire agency to do analytics, and yet the agency holds their client responsible to create the work to capture their data, but it should be 100% the agency responsibility. Holiday is terrible PTO is accrued Lack of creativity
