Pros

Benefits, time off, challenging work, Associate Directors and below all feel very tight knit.

Cons

Work often finds it's way into personal time. "Drinking from the firehose" is business as usual. Associate Directors and below are tight, but the relationship with anyone above that level almost feels adversarial. Lots of time is dedicated to praising the "V-Team" and how "we can't do it without you", "this is what we do" etc... but Frequent layoffs, downsizing, and outsourcing (both to India and AI) seem to say otherwise. They recently laid off around 20% of the work force without blinking.

Pros

+ Great Dental, Medical, Vision, Life insurance plans + 50% off VZW plan + EAP + 401k match + Corporate telecommunications store have largely removed cultural inclination to scam customers through transaction transparency movements. + Company parties + Free phones if you're chosen to represent a location for companies like Apple etc.

Cons

- The culture is very cultish and feels forced. - Micromanagement even when quotas are met or exceeded. - Politics - Though it worked in my favor, favoritism - "Physical" relationships throughout districts and stores - Established cliques within employees - Systems are very slow, often crash, and have many bugs.
