Terrible managers

Pros

People working in the IT department was very skilled and even nice to you most of the time. There’s also room for improvements, specially if you can show that those will make the company save money. They have an attractive tuition bonus you can use for training.

Cons

Management is terrible. My manager never used his ovations badge so even when we did good improvements to the process and the systems nobody in the team ever received an incentive. They are usually driven by “visibility” no matter if it comes from smoke selling. They also have ridiculous “enterprise politics” such as no taking pictures at office or even listening to Spotify. HR is one of the worst I’ve ever seen in my life. You end up feeling that they don’t care about people and the only thing they care is about money and “making business”.
