Pros

The pay is very good including a 5 figure annual bonus but that is not enough to make up for the Cons.

Cons

Verizon pays you well because they know they are going to work you to death. 50 to 60 hour work weeks are the norm.

Pros

1. You will think that, its a R&D labs so work will be awesome.-- You may be wrong 2. Nothing is great here, there is NO proper management, no proper plans 3. They do not follow the right process, it is like mess. 4. All US guys thinks them as GOD and Indian people keep nodding their head for everything, they decide everything 5. No canteen, no gym no scope of any recreational activities, office is very very small 6. Working hours is very bad, even if you come early you will have to stay till 8 or 9pm 7. no cab facility till now

Cons

1. If your Current CTC is okay, you might get good package while joining 2. Brand name 3. Policies are good 4. work from home option
