      * Doesn’t value employees * Under pays * Not transparent with employee surveys * Doesn’t support remote work arrangements * Treats volunteerism like a joke- recycling cans or cleaning out a closet isn’t meaningful volunteerism * Laid off 13K employees right before the holidays (but the numbers seemed closer to 15K with some employees consistently earning Leading ratings each year) - The practice of laying off right before the holidays fell out of fashion during the Great Recession. “This is a concept dreamed up in the fiery pits of HR and consulting hell.
