Pros
Good business to be in...used to have a very stable environment, with dedicated employees. Still has excellent benefits, and a flexible work environment
Cons
Just had its first huge (huge!) layoffs. Planning on sending a lot of work to India, and making all teams here work with offshore contractors. I expect to work environment and the morale to drop, as well as the quality of their systems.
