Pros

Compensation and benefits are good.

Cons

Cares little about people, especially US based IT folks. Only focused on increasing revenue & cutting costs. They want you to take more training but the work demands and limited funding for new software make extra training all but a waste of time for many.

Pros

Good health benefits, 401k match, bonus, excellent gym

Cons

Typical big company - size can be overwhelming. Very difficult to make changes without lots of red tape.

Pros

some benefits , like the healthcare and the Tuition reimbursement plan.

Cons

a lot of bosses and very few real workers. Nobody nows how to solve your problems. You would always hear words like: "Let me see what can I do for you" and then ...... you know.
