Less stressful environment, you have time to grow. Relatively relax and open culture.

Cons

Not much room for promotion. The tech stack is not up-to-date.

Benefits and pay scales are in line or little above most companies

Cons

The company is outsourcing all customer service and support overseas. Segments at a time. They may say this position is too badly needed to move. tell that to the 10k just laided off and the rest coming soon. They clearly state the goal is a full move of jobs overseas... so get used to talking to john instead of home americans.
