No wrk culture and good manager

1. unethical practice 2. no benefits for overtime 3. late night calls with off-shore 4. mental harassment 5. no visibility Last but not IT Dev & QA management was the worst kind of management that I ever had. The IT Dev management has opened a sweat shop in Walnut Creek Office where they import people on fraud visas and make them work 18hrs a day and exploit who doesn't do the same. people have complained against management before but nothing has been changed.
