      Pros

      The Days off are great. The company is investing and growing quite fast and dwarfs all other glass manufacturers in North America.

      Cons

      The 12 hour swing can wear on you. Not much room to move up. Great hard working employees can an will be tossed to the way side. Management has few if any supervisors with character or values. I have been black mailed twice. Because a supervisor had did me a “favor” for call off hours, but I never asked for such favor to begin with.
