Pros
Very few redeeming qualities here. Local management in Crestline is very good but overall outlook in the US looks extremely poor.
Cons
Vitro has closed 5 plants in the last 4 years (Alliston, Talladega, Creighton, Evansville, Evart). Good starting salaries, but annual raises are a pittance; consistent above average performance reviews results in raises less than inflation). They would rather pay a new H1B visa employees to come to the US than keep existing employees. Extremely unlikely to advance in upper management unless you're a native Spanish speaker. I do not see this company surviving in the US in the long term.
