Pros
Starting out you get given a lot of responsibility relative to your experience and get to work on really cool projects. Everyone who works there is really smart.
Cons
There seems to be very little upward mobility. Those who start there as a first job never really move up (with a few exceptions) but those who come in with a few years of experience are brought in above people with more experience than them.
