Pros
Plenty of variety in work and given interesting projects to work on. Very flexible company in terms of remote/hybrid working
Cons
Sometimes placed on multiple projects which can be overloading at times. Also lack of site placements but that's the nature of the business so can't fault WSP too much for that.
