      Great hours, warm welcoming team, very flexible wfh benefits, opportunities to buy leave, good career advancement as well, pretty international

      Cons

      Very corporate and formal, requires very ‘corporate’ speak, hr is pretty much an email which is not approachable at all, not great with handling disputes, no proper protocols or procedures in place for handling employees who abuse wfh flexibility.
